The Tijuana River Watershed website is the result of a collaboration between the Institute for Regional Studies of the Californias and the Department of Geography at San Diego State University, El Colegio de la Frontera Norte, the Southwest Consortium for Environmental Research and Policy (SCERP), Universidad Autónomo de Baja California, the Border 2012 and Border 2020 programs, and other regional stakeholders.
