Process_Description:

The San Diego Association of Governments County coverage was obtained and re-projected into UTM, NAD83, Zone 11. Arc segments not along the international border were deleted along with all theme attributes. The coverage was then compared to the SPOT image of the region. The international border arc was shifted where necessary to match the SPOT image. Descripción del Proceso: La cobertura de condado de la Asociación de Gobiernos de San Diego fue obtenida y reproyectada en UTM, NAD83, Zona 11. Los segmentos en forma de arco que no corresponden a la frontera internacional fueron eliminados con todos sus atributos temáticos. Posteriormente, la cobertura fue comparada con la imagen SPOT de la región. Donde resultó necesario se movió el arco de la frontera internacional para coincidir con la imagen SPOT.
